We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please allow up to 10 business days before reaching out regarding shipping. Some items are made specifically for you and may require additional processing time.

I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your order shows as "delivered" by the carrier, please contact them directly to resolve the issue.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping cost.
