All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

Please allow up to 10 business days for processing and shipping. Some products are made to order and may require additional time for preparation. We appreciate your patience during this process.

We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped. If your order is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to address any issues or discrepancies.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase.
